Changing Life through Lenses® (CLTL) provides eye care professionals and charities access to free prescription eyeglasses, a sample frame set for collection, and resources on starting or expanding charitable engagement. Without charitable eye care professionals and advocates for vision, millions of people across the Oceania region would be unable to access and afford the vision care they need.
