This account is for Clinics and hospitals who want to submit orders for charitable work done through a charitable referral network.
Individual clinics / hospitals
This account is for a business to submit charitable work done through their practice. This will cover all EyeCare Practitioner working on behalf of this business.
Practice/Business
This account is for non-profits to submit orders for charitable glasses. This is only for non-profits who serve directly, not those who operate as a referral network and do not place orders for glasses directly.
Non-Profits / Institution

- If you are an individual EyeCare Practitioner who owns their own solo practice, it is recommended that you select a business account.
- You can be a part of a Practice/Business Account and still sign up for an Individual Account for all your private charitable work.
- Orders are routed through the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation lab(s) and may not be completed by an existing lab relationship.
